RETURNS
If you qualify for a return and refund then you will have to ship back the products to us at our provided address during our return related communication. You will need to use a shipping service which provides package tracking and that you will share with us the tracking details within 12 hours of making the shipment.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund:
- We sent you a wrong item or
- Your ordered item unopened inside its original packaging is in a damaged condition when you received it
To request a refund, please email us at info@serumspecialist.com with your order number and the damaged item’s clear photo or video.
We do not offer refunds if
- You email us the refund request more than 24 hours after receiving the item
- The product has been opened
- You decided that you did not like the item after opening it
Refund Process
Once your refund email request is received by us, we will email you within 3 working days to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit / debit card.
Delivery Time
All orders will be sent by courier within 48 hours of order, and delivered within 7 days. Tracking details will be sent to the registered email address.
